Mercy Hall is the principal of Hall Law Firm, P.C., which provides special needs planning, settlement planning, and estate planning services to individuals, families, professional fiduciaries and litigation attorneys.

Mercy has practiced special needs planning for almost 20 years. Prior to opening her own firm, she developed her expertise working for “Terry” Sterling Ross, whom many consider an originator of the special needs trust, and for Kevin Urbatsch.

Mercy is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law, State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization. She graduated summa cum laude from St. Mary’s College of California with a BA in Integral Studies and received her J.D. from UC Law San Francisco (formerly Hastings College of the Law).
