Speaker Bio

Eiszel Le joined National Care Advisors in 2015 and currently serves as Vice President of Quality and Training. A registered nurse for over 21 years, Eiszel oversees case managers working across all 50 states, ensuring they are equipped to navigate the complexities of federal and state benefits programs—including Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, and housing assistance—to maximize care for individuals with special needs. Before transitioning into a leadership role at NCA, Eiszel began her journey at NCA doing case management, providing direct client support and benefits advocacy across multiple states. Her fieldwork focused on care coordination for individuals with complex medical and social needs, laying the foundation for her deep understanding of the systems her team now navigates.

Eiszel earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, and spent three years working in the Canadian healthcare system before relocating to the United States. Her diverse experience also includes home health, clinical education, and leadership roles as a preceptor for newly graduated nurses and as a charge nurse/clinical supervisor. She was also part of the pilot team that launched the care management organization (CMO) for Nevada Medicaid’s Fee-for-Service population, helping to shape service delivery for medically complex beneficiaries. Her work continues to focus on training, quality assurance, and empowering case managers to deliver high-impact, person-centered care.
