Stacy Scrip originally came to Capital First Trust Company as part of the Trust Services Team. Shortly after, she joined the Business Development Team as Trust Case Manager where she works diligently to assist in new account set up.  Her primary job responsibility is to work closely with settlement planners and attorneys to provide their injured clients with trust plans designed to protect personal injury lawsuits while carefully addressing the ongoing objectives and needs of each beneficiary.  During this process she provides trust proposals, reviews trust documents and acts as the liaison between all parties involved in the settlement process up until the establishment of the trust, including overseeing each account’s smooth transition to trust administration. 

Stacy also contributes to establishing and growing relationships with settlement planners and trust attorneys.  She has helped educate the Settlement community on the different trust types offered and how Capital First supports their settlement plan. Stacy has appeared on the Settlement Channel to discuss the advantages of Settlement Preservation Trusts, Special Needs Trusts and the services offered at Capital First Trust Company.  

Stacy has completed the Registered Settlement Planner certification, the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor certification, the Accredited Trust and Financial Advisor certification and the Chartered Special Needs Consultant certification.  Stacy is also serving her seventh year on the Society of Settlement Planners (SSP) Board of Directors.
