Michelle M. Mulvena is the principal at Mulvena Winston, PC in Stoneham, Massachusetts. She focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, Medicaid and disability planning, guardianships/conservatorships, and probate and trust administration. In addition to her practice areas, Attorney Mulvena serves as a professional fiduciary. She is currently the trustee of many supplemental needs and irrevocable trusts, Personal Representative of several estates, and conservator for a few individuals. Attorney Mulvena frequently lectures on the topics of estate planning, estate and trust administration, disability and Medicaid planning. She is a contributor to the Elder Law Guide published annually by the Massachusetts Bar Association. She is a member of several organizations including the Massachusetts Bar Association, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Massachusetts Guardianship Association (former board member), the Greater Boston Fiduciary Law American Inn of Courts (former board member) and the Special Needs Alliance, which is a national organization comprised of attorneys dedicated to advocating for individuals with disabilities and their families, and the USA 500 Club.
