Michelle M. Mulvena is the principal at Mulvena Winston, PC in Stoneham, Massachusetts. She focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, Medicaid and disability planning, guardianships/conservatorships, and probate and trust administration. In addition to her practice areas, Attorney Mulvena serves as a professional fiduciary. She is currently the trustee of many supplemental needs and irrevocable trusts, Personal Representative of several estates, and conservator for a few individuals. Attorney Mulvena frequently lectures on the topics of estate planning, estate and trust administration, disability and Medicaid planning. She is a contributor to the Elder Law Guide published annually by the Massachusetts Bar Association.
