Kristy Andraos, JD, is a Practice Success Coach at WealthCounsel, where she advises attorneys on how to design their law firms and grow sustainable, profitable practices. She assists in identifying operational and mindset roadblocks that impede growth, and works with firm owners to create streamlined processes that empower practitioners to perform at their best with less stress.

Before coming to Wealth Counsel, Kristy practiced  Elder Law and Special Needs Law in Greensboro, North Carolina. In 2015, she founded Andraos Law, PLLC, with the specific intent of creating a law firm focused on addressing issues affecting seniors and individuals with special needs. She serves as a Board member of InFocus Advocacy, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the image of people living with a disability and the creation of inclusive communities. In recent years, she has served on the Board of North Carolina’s chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Greensboro chapter of the Society of Financial Service Providers, and the North Carolina State Bar’s Elder Law section committee. 

When not lawyering, you will find her working in the garden or playing board games with her husband and 2 young daughters.
