Jessica Spenik is the Executive Director of Learning at WealthCounsel, where she leads the development of practical, engaging education programs that help attorneys strengthen their knowledge, elevate their practices, and serve their clients with greater confidence. Drawing on her experience as both a practicing attorney and former WealthCounsel Practice Success Coach, Jessica brings a uniquely practical perspective to attorney education, connecting substantive legal concepts with the real-world challenges of building and managing a successful law firm.

Jessica began her legal career as a paralegal supporting firms across multiple practice areas. That front-line experience shaped her process-driven approach and sparked a lasting passion for estate planning. She earned her law degree from Barry University in Orlando and later founded her own firm in Brevard County, Florida. Her practice focuses on estate planning, elder law, special needs planning, and probate and trust administration. Jessica is licensed to practice law in Florida.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys giving back to her community, spending time at the beach with her husband and family, and keeping up with her lively household of three cats and two dogs.
