CHARLES D. WILDER, Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estates, is from the Estate Planning and Legacy Law Center, PLC in Maitland, Florida. He graduated from Nova Southeastern University Center for the Study of Law, cum laude, in January, 1980, and the University of Florida with a Masters of Laws in Taxation in June, 1981. He is a past chairman of the Estate, Guardianship and Trust Committee of the Orange County Bar Association and an At Large Member of the Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. He is the founder and former chairman of an Estate Planning Discussion Group composed of attorneys, accountants and trust officers practicing in the Orlando area. Chuck has been awarded the highest rating (AV) given by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. He is currently a member of WealthCounsel, a nationwide organization of estate planning attorneys, and ElderCounsel, a nationwide organization of elder law practioners.
