Thom Rogers, JD, CPA, designs estate/asset protection plans and provides assistance with probate and trust administration. Sweetwater Law Offices, PLC, an estate, asset protection and charitable planning law firm, in Longwood (Orlando), Florida was founded in 1981. Wealth Strategies Collaborative, Inc., a collegial group of attorneys nationwide, who collectively combine their expertise designing asset protection and wealth preservation plans was founded in 2000. Mr. Rogers received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, and his J.D. from Ohio Northern University.
Mr. Rogers is a frequent lecturer and instructor on estate planning and asset protection techniques for accountants, attorneys, financial planners, stock brokers, insurance agents, and the public. Prior to practicing law, Thom practiced in the tax departments of international, regional and local accounting firms.
Mr. Rogers is a member of The Florida Bar, the Florida Institute of CPAs, the American Association of Attorneys and CPAs and WealthCounsel, LLC. He founded the Central Florida Estate Planning Institute and most recently the Wealth Strategies Institute.
