The day starts at 8:00am with a continental breakfast. After the meeting, there will be a cash bar available at 5:00pm followed by dinner at 6:00pm.

TUITION
Tuition for the Illinois Forum Symposium is $150 if registered on or before April 15th and $175 after April 15th. Spouses and significant others are welcome to join you for dinner. Additional Dinner Tickets are $70 each, and can be purchased with your meeting ticket using the PayPal Link on the confirmation page.
Payment must be made using the PayPal link provided on the Registration Confirmation page and in the Confirmation email. During registration, please let us know if you plan on purchasing a dinner ticket for your spouse or significant other.
