My name is Michael Ramoneda, and I am a dedicated estate planning and trust administration attorney, as well as a Personal Family Lawyer. As a Personal Family Lawyer, I am part of a rich network of incredibly skilled attorneys, and I am committed to providing excellent, personalized service in an industry that often focuses instead on generating paperwork and moving clients out the door quickly.

I received my law degree from U.C. Hastings College of the Law, where I developed a passion for the philosophy of estate planning and trust administration. Additionally, I spent nearly a decade as a registered tax preparer before becoming an attorney, giving me a strong understanding of how to take advantage of tax laws for my clients’ benefit. Furthermore, I graduated from the Elder Law College program, where I learned how to provide advanced care and lifetime planning for clients in need.

In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my wife and son. I am involved with several non-profit organizations, including Masons of California, Leadership Morgan Hill, and San Jose Dance Theatre. In my free time, I have a love for great coffee, and I enjoy amateur photography, creating and enjoying music, and even the occasional evening of board games with friends and family.
