Please join us on Monday, April 4, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, Eastern Time, for The Life Cycle of a Retirement Account, presented by WealthCounsel's Estate Planning Faculty, Alvi Aggarwal. This optional precursor is designed to provide attendees with a foundational understanding of the key terms, distribution rules, and common issues in estate planning for retirement accounts in preparation for Natalie Choate's more advanced presentation. During the precursor, we will explore the life cycle of a retirement account, beginning with its creation and ending with distributions after the participant's death, with a focus on distributions after death and their implications.

Also, don't miss the Practical Applications Lab presented by WealthCounsel's Vice President of Software Solutions and Editor In Chief, Jennifer Davenport, on Monday, April 11, from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM, Eastern Time. Learn about the optional retirement provisions that can be included in a revocable living trust, as well as how to draft a stand-alone retirement trust.
