Mr. Parenti received his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) degree from St. Mary's University School of Law in 1973, and his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1974. He is also one of the very few attorneys in the state of Texas who is Board Certified as a specialist in both Tax Law and Estate Planning & Probate Law by the State Bar of Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Parenti has been an Adjunct Professor of Tax law at St. Mary's University School of Law since 1975, where he taught courses in Federal Income Taxation, Federal Business Entities Taxation, Estate Planning and Advanced Wealth Strategies Planning. He is currently a member of the Adjunct Faculty at the University of Texas Health Science Center -- Lecturer on Business Entities.
Other than Advanced Wealth Strategies Planning, Estate Planning, Probate and Tax Law, Mr. Parenti also handles Real Estate Transactions, Business Entities Planning, Business Buy-outs and Sell-outs, Charitable Estate Planning, Living Trusts, Family Limited Partnership Creation and Design and Asset Protection Estate Planning.
