Contracts are the linchpin of a business lawyer's practice.  As contracts involve two or more parties, business lawyers are sometimes the drafters, and sometimes reviewing and negotiating a contract that has been drafted by a counterparty.  In this webinar, we will discuss basic principles of contract review and negotiation. Specifically, we will address:

  •  How to review a contract prepared by another party
  • The importance of “boilerplate” provisions
  • Best practices regarding working with clients and contract negotiation
