After receiving numerous inquiries about how to create such a program, Vinnie founded the Client Care Academy (formerly the Client Maintenance Academy), training other estate planning and elder law firms on creating their own customized client care program. To date, the Academy has trained hundreds of attorneys nationally.
The two-day intensive program in Boston, followed by three months of coaching, allows firms to stop procrastinating, create a program, accelerate systems and profitability, and effectively implement their customized client care program.
Kristin is an instructor for Client Care Academy who has been innovating and streamlining the asset alignment and trust administration process at Family Estate Planning Law Group since 2012. She began as an Asset Review Coordinator, a role which allowed her to gain considerable knowledge and insight into the importance of properly aligning assets for the overall success of an estate plan. From there Kristin’s role evolved to include aligning assets for trust administration. As the Manager of Trust Administration & Asset Alignment, Kristin is entrenched daily in both the initial alignment of assets for new clients and the trust administration process, and with her natural tendency to innovate, she has unique insight into best practices for successfully and efficiently aligning assets. Practices, that are continually improved upon. Kristin loves helping attorneys and their teams figure out how to increase their ability to take care of families while also increasing the profitability of their firm and the satisfaction of their team.
