Stacey specializes in real estate development, with an emphasis on incentivized development, and is experienced in managing complex real estate and finance transactions from inception to completion.

Prior to joining Clayco, Stacey practiced in the Real Estate, Development and Construction industry team at Husch Blackwell. During her time there, Stacey represented a wide variety of clients in matters relating to commercial real estate transactions including leasing, sales and acquisitions, and development.
