As discussed in our Tuesday session on legal solutions, led by Tom Ray, planning with retirement assets involves complex financial, tax, and legal considerations. Clients (and even some referral sources) may be left confused, resulting in inaction. This session explores how to encourage client and advisor buy-in and action on planning for retirement assets. We'll also discuss strategies for positioning, pricing, and incorporating these solutions into new plans for new clients versus upgrading plans of existing clients.
