Many attorneys have not yet come to terms with the fact that they will stop practicing law one day. At the same time, a new generation of attorneys lacks mentoring that was traditionally provided in the past, and this creates exciting opportunities for forward-thinking attorneys who are approaching retirement. We will explore and learn the following
- A proactive process for transitioning a private practice;
- A system for introducing clients to younger lawyers (and providing ongoing mentoring for the younger lawyers);
- How to grow a practice by recruiting and retaining the best millennial lawyers.
