Using Automated Technological Processes to Overcome Rugged Individualism

Many attorneys in small and solo practices suffer from rugged individualism, meaning that we take on too many things that are outside of our unique ability. When we stay within our personal wheelhouse, we maximize profits and revenue. Learning to utilize affordable or free technological resources can unburden practitioners, giving them the freedom necessary to enjoy their practices and build a successful and motivated team.
