Paul Bernstein is a highly experienced estate planning attorney licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (since 1992) and admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, and before the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court. He is a Board-Certified Estate Planning Law Specialist—the only American Bar Association-accredited certification in the field, administered by the Estate Law Specialist Board, Inc.—and an Accredited Estate Planner.

Paul founded The Bernstein Law Group, P.C., where he focuses on estate, trust, business, and wealth planning for individuals, families, and business owners. He is a Founding Member of WealthCounsel and has served as founder and president of the Massachusetts Forum of Estate Planning Attorneys, as well as on the boards of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the Essex County Estate Planning and Business Council.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst (BA, Political Science) and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law (JD), Paul is a nationally recognized lecturer to attorneys, accountants, and financial professionals on advanced planning strategies.

Paul has been repeatedly honored by his peers, including being named a Top Lawyer in Trusts and Estates by Boston Magazine.
