Jonathan A. Mintz lives in Evergreen, Colorado, and splits his time between Colorado and Southern California. Jonathan focuses on the areas of estate planning, long-term trust design and implementation, asset protection and inheritance preservation planning, planning for crypto assets and cryptocurrencies, strategies to enhance client privacy, and strategic international tax planning. He has an extensive clientele of affluent individuals and families with diverse domestic and international interests, including several ultra-affluent families with significant crypto holdings. Jonathan is a frequent author and regular national speaker as well as a member of the California Bar Association, the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), and WealthCounsel. Prior to his career at Evergreen Legacy Planning, he taught Estate Planning as an adjunct professor at the Chapman University Fowler School of Law, and he served as chair of STEP-Orange County. Away from work, Jonathan and his wife are avid cyclists who enjoy combining world travel and cycling.
