Jennifer Elliott has been a solo practitioner for 16 years. After two years of workers' compensation litigation, she has spent the last 14 years exclusively handling estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Prior to law school, Jennifer worked as a legal secretary for five years before earning her paralegal certificate from California State University San Bernardino in 1991. Her paralegal career included family law, bankruptcy law, estate planning, and civil law before she began law school. This marks her 33rd year in law. Jennifer owns San Clemente Estate Law, P.C. in Orange County, California. She has two grown daughters. Jennifer has been a member of Wealth Counsel for three years.
