Asset protection planning is a necessary component of estate planning.  But yet very few estate planners actually discuss asset protection planning in client meetings.  For these reasons, this session provides a great opportunity for attendees to sharpen their skills in this area so that they can learn to recognize opportunities that they have been missing to set up certain types of trusts and business entities in order to protect client assets from creditors.
