As the VP, Member Experience, Emma works to enhance the member experience through personalized onboarding, expert training and support, local and topical forum and community opportunities, and member-centric events. Starting with WealthCounsel in 2009, Emma has gained understanding and an appreciation for the member journey through her many roles from Forum Liaison to Director of Community & Events. She has spent time working with a wide variety of members, such as members who are just starting out, as well as more seasoned members sharing their knowledge and expertise at one of our annual Symposiums.

Emma earned her undergraduate degree at Furman University and then spent a few years traveling internationally as an American Airlines International Flight Attendant & Purser, based in New York City. She then returned to school to study Business & Change Management, earned her Master of Science in Management, and worked as a Leadership & Development Specialist.

Some of Emma’s accomplishments at WealthCounsel include recognition from her peers and leadership receiving the 2017 Summit Award, 2019 Online Community Recognition, and 2020 Excellence in Collaboration Award.

Emma lives in Cocoa Beach, Florida with her husband, 2 daughters, and 2 very furry cats.
