Kristina Schneider is a Practice Success Coach with The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc.  She has worked for estate planning attorney and WealthCounsel member, Philip Kavesh, for over 20 years.  Kristina earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and is currently pursuing her MBA postgraduate degree at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.  Thanks to her years of experience working side-by-side with Phil and in his law firm, Kristina has assisted numerous professionals - - and equally as important, their staff - - in successfully implementing Phil’s successful systems and practice-building and marketing strategies.  More recently, she has been asked to speak on several topics before various professional groups, including practice management, calendar and time management, hiring and training, digital and social media marketing, seminar marketing, and much more!
