Rachel Grantham is the Group Executive - US Markets | LEAP, with over 20 years’ international experience in Finance, Risk Management, and Strategy. Rachel has held several roles within the LEAP Group since joining in 2019.  Initially joining as Global Chief Financial Officer, Rachel was responsible for Finance, Capital Raising, and Mergers & Acquisition activity for the group.  In 2022, she transitioned into the Global Chief Operating Officer role, then in 2023 was appointed Group Executive responsible for overseeing the LEAP Group’s US businesses which include LEAP, WealthCounsel, and PC Law Time Matters (a joint venture with Lexis Nexis).  

Prior to joining LEAP, Rachel held senior management roles at Macquarie, Commonwealth Bank, Perpetual, and Deloitte, and also founded a startup.
Rachel holds a Master of Engineering from Loughborough University in the UK, and is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA).
