Speaker Bio

Roberta Snead brings a rare, multidimensional lens to wealth counsel audiences: two decades in healthcare, where she continues to practice as a nurse practitioner; a director role at a medical device company; and a fractional COO practice through her consulting firm, Organized Solutions. She is passionate about problem solving and provides sustainable, practical solutions to organizations that are relevant to where they stand now and built to carry them forward.

A Doctor of Nursing Practice, Roberta is double board certified in Family Practice and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care, with her Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner training completed through the University of Pennsylvania. She has built a clinical career grounded in patient-centered, evidence-based care before moving into medical device leadership, where she now serves as a Business Unit Director and leads cross-functional teams through growth and international expansion.

Through Organized Solutions, Roberta works as a fractional COO across industries, including healthcare, legal, and other small business – stepping in to solve operational problems and build systems that scale. She serves on the committee for the Surfaces in Biomaterials Foundation (SIBF), and in 2026 earned her Six Sigma Black Belt certification alongside operations management training through Cornell University's Jeb E. Brooks School of Public Policy.

Roberta lives in Minnesota with her husband and two sons, whom she adores.
