Sweepstakes Rules
1. Introduction: WealthCounsel, LLC (Sponsor) is offering this online sweepstakes (Sweepstakes) in accordance with these Sweepstakes rules, requirements, and limitations (Sweepstakes Rules). NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Entries originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. This Sweepstakes is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States.
2. Eligibility: Entrant must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and 18 years of age or older as of July 6, 2026. Employees and their family/household members (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) of Sponsor or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter. Void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local rules and regulations apply.
3. Start and End Dates: Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 a.m. (ET) on July 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on July 31, 2026.
4. How to Enter: Enter by either (i) registering to attend Sponsor’s 2026 Symposium event in Las Vegas, Nevada (“Symposium”), or (ii) filling out the official entry registration form available here. Limit one entry per person per e-mail address. More than one entry from any person or e-mail address will void all entries from that person or e-mail address. Entrants must have a valid e-mail address. Completion of the entry registration form is required to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted, or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for problems of any kind, whether mechanical, human, or electronic. Proof of submission will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.
5. Drawing: Sponsor will conduct two (2) separate random drawings from among all eligible entries, to be held on July 21, 2026, and August 3, 2026. In each such drawing, one (1) winner shall be selected to receive a complimentary suite stay upgrade, and one (1) winner shall be selected to receive a complimentary suite stay, each valid for use at the Bellagio hotel during the Symposium. Additionally, a separate drawing will be held for individuals who registered for Symposium between September 12, 2025, and July 5, 2026. Two winners will be selected from this group on July 7, 2026. One (1) winner shall be selected to receive a complimentary suite stay upgrade, and one (1) winner shall be selected to receive a complimentary suite stay, each valid for use at the Bellagio hotel during the Symposium. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email using the primary email address indicated in the winner’s WealthCounsel membership account. Each entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Sweepstakes Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) calendar days of Sponsor’s first notification attempt, a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner rejects their prize, or the potential winner is not in compliance with these Sweepstakes Rules, such prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible Sweepstakes entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no substitute compensation will be given. Limit one prize per person or household.
6. Prizes: The following prizes will be awarded for use during Symposium: two (2) Bellagio hotel complimentary suite stays, and two (2) Bellagio hotel suite stay upgrades. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prizes with one of equal or greater value, but prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
7. Conditions: By participating, entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotions agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense whatsoever that may occur in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to possession, acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, and any claim based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, or merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot take place or if any prize cannot be awarded or is delayed due to shipping delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, or acts of terrorism.
8. Miscellaneous: All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrants. In the event of a dispute, entries made electronically using the Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.
Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software; failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at a web site or any combination thereof; or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.
9. Use of Data; Publicity Release: Sponsor will collect personal data about entrants online in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://member.wealthcounsel.com/article?id=privacy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner's name, likeness, professional biographical information, and city and state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
10. Winner: To obtain the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Sponsor at WealthCounsel, LLC, 3 2nd Street, Suite 803,
