Presenter: WI State Bar, Featuring Aviva Kaiser

The State Bar has put together an Ethics program for us, focusing on practicing during the COVID crisis and topics related to estate planning. Topics include distanced witnessing and notarization, contact tracing and consent, waiver of risk for clients and staff, representing clients you haven’t met, who do you represent, and confidentiality.

Please note the program will run for 2.5 hours with no breaks. This will fulfill the 3 CLE credit hours needed for Ethics. Approval of the program is pending.
