Precursors to Symposium 2027 will be offered on Tuesday, September 14. Attendees will select their precursor when general registration opens in the spring. The main event will begin with opening remarks at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 2027, and conclude at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, September 17, 2027.

Early access registration for Symposium 2027 is available for attendees of Symposium 2026. The deadline to receive early access pricing on your registration is October 30, 2027.

You will receive a notification in the spring to register for a precursor and any other activities associated with Symposium 2027.

We are offering attendees of Symposium 2026 early access pricing for Symposium 2027. If you attended Symposium 2026, the early access price is $1,225. You will receive a notification in the spring to register for a precursor, breakout sessions, and any other activities associated with Symposium 2027. Pricing for these additional options will be available at that time.

Early access registration for Symposium 2027 includes the following:

• Full access to all Symposium 2027 sessions at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel
• Symposium 2027 audio recordings and materials
• Access to numerous exhibitors and vendors in the Exhibit Hall
• Light breakfast offered Wednesday through Friday
• Lunch offered Wednesday and Thursday
• Coffee service during breaks
• Complimentary event mobile app
• Welcome reception

Please note that early access registration fees for Symposium 2027 do not include a precursor, hotel accommodations, dinner, or transportation.

The agenda is still a work in progress and will be available in the spring.

You will be given the opportunity to select the breakout sessions you would like to attend when the full agenda is available. You will also be given the opportunity to choose and change your sessions in the Symposium mobile app, which will be available prior to the conference. 

Sharing a registration is not permitted, and prorated fees are not available.

All Symposium 2027 attendees will receive a copy of the Symposium 2027 audio recordings included with their registration. Recordings and instructions for downloading the files will be available to attendees approximately one month after Symposium. Please note that audio recordings are not suited for CLE eligibility; you must attend the live session to receive credit.

Materials will be made available prior to the start of Symposium 2027. 

The following policy applies to refunds of fees if a registrant cancels their registration for Symposium 2027 or a Symposium precursor intensive:

• No refunds of registration fees will be made in excess of the amount actually paid by the registrant for the registration.
• A registrant who cancels a registration on or before June 21, 2027, will receive a refund of all registration fees minus a $100 cancellation fee.
• A registrant who wishes to cancel between June 22, 2027, and August 2, 2027, may choose one of the following: (1) they can cancel their registration and receive a refund of 50 percent of their registration fee, or (2) they can stay registered, receive the written materials and audio recordings, and be eligible for Early Access pricing for the 2028 Symposium. 
• A registrant who cancels a registration on or after August 3, 2027, will receive no refund of any registration fees. One hundred percent of the registration fee will be forfeited, but such registrants will be entitled to receive event recordings and materials and will be eligible for Early Access pricing for the 2028 Symposium.
• Tickets and tuition are not transferable to anyone outside of your firm.

There will be opportunities to network during the reception, as well as during meals and coffee breaks.

We invite you to bring a guest to the welcome reception. The cost is $100, and you can note the name of your guest when you register for a precursor and breakout sessions in the spring.

All other Symposium 2027 events, including receptions, breakfasts, lunches, and other community or networking activities, are exclusively for registered attendees. These activities focus on building rapport among colleagues and within law firm teams, as well as strengthening member-to-member connections. Attendees are asked to wear their name badges at all times during the event.

The discounted WealthCounsel room rate is $269 plus tax for the conference dates. This rate applies to the Deluxe room type and is only available for registered Symposium 2027 attendees. The deadline to book your hotel room is Monday, August 23, 2027. Discounted rooms are available on a limited basis. Please note that a 72-hour cancellation penalty applies to all room reservations. Reservations canceled within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival will incur a charge of one night’s room rate plus tax.

Please note that registration fees for Symposium do not include dinner.

You can indicate any special dietary restrictions during the registration process. We will do our best to accommodate requests.

Symposium sessions and events are held at the Omni Oklahoma City Hotel. Business casual dress is encouraged. Large hotel meeting rooms can often feel chilly, so you may want to bring a sweater if you tend to get cold. Please note that badges will be required for entry.

If you intend to make arrangements at other restaurants or entertainment venues outside of Symposium 2027, we recommend checking for any required dress codes.

During our Precursors and three-day Symposium, attendees can earn the following credit types:

• CPE - CPAs
