The Trust Protector: Trustee Watchdog or Expensive Exotic Pet?

This Summit session will review the current law and relevant cases regarding trust protectors, offer a sound basis for deciding whether to declare fiduciary status, and discuss important drafting issues to keep in mind to ensure flexibility in your document and avoid common pitfalls.
