Mark practiced in Scottsdale from 1979 until 2012 and thereafter in Phoenix Arizona. He was trained as an IRS field agent and achieved high distinction honors on the Arizona Bar Examination. He is recognized by his peers and Phoenix Magazine as a preeminent lawyer in Maricopa County, Arizona, is A-V preeminent rated (highest rating awarded) by Martindale Hubbell and has been selected to Arizona Finest Lawyers™ (limited to the top 10% of lawyers in Arizona) and Super Lawyers™ (limited to the top 5% of Arizona lawyers). He has also been selected as an Arizona Business Leader in 2020. He has been awarded the CAP® designation as a Certified Advisor in Philanthropy.
As a frequent lecturer, facilitator, bar association leader, and volunteer, he contributes to the fabric of the Phoenix legal and charitable communities. He is past president of the Scottsdale Bar Association, a former judge pro-tempore for the Maricopa County Superior Courts and has been a volunteer softball coach, mock trial coach for Saguaro High School, and alternate committee member of the State Bar discipline committee. He is a former member of the State Bar fee arbitration committee and is a past president of the Council for Jews with Special Needs, a 30 year old 501 (c)(3) charity (now Gesher Disability Resources) that provides assistance bringing Jewish culture and social activities into the lives of developmentally disabled children, young adults, and adults.
His training in alternate dispute resolution techniques gives him a balanced perspective towards problem solving, and his litigation experience ensures that he zealously approaches each client’s legal needs.
He was a lead probate attorney in landmark probate litigation that established in Arizona the enforceability of a living trust as a contract; was the lawyer responsible for the decision approving pre-bankruptcy disclaimer planning that has nationwide significance, and has litigated the limits of protective trusts.

Becky Cholewka is the founder of Cholewka Law, an estate planning and probate law firm in Gilbert, Arizona. She realized the importance of estate planning when her dad died when she was only 19. Through the years she has seen the benefits of great planning, and the nightmare of poor planning. She is passionate about being an advocate —and a voice — for clients and their families.
Cholewka is a prior WealthCounsel Arizona Forum Facilitator where she was responsible for the mentoring and continuing education of 150+ estate planning attorneys. She is a national speaker who enjoys educating attorneys in best practices as legal advisors and entrepreneurs.
During law school, Cholewka clerked for the Arizona Attorney General's Criminal Prosecution Unit. She was elected Editor-in-Chief of the Phoenix Law Review, President of the Phoenix Law Women's Association, Vice-President of the Student Bar Association, and Vice-President of the Federalist Society. She was selected as 1st Place Barrister in her school's moot court competition and competed in two national competitions—placing as a regional semi-finalist in both. Cholewka also studied one summer in Beijing, China, to gain first-hand knowledge of the Chinese political and legal systems.
Cholewka's previous professional experience includes community relations, non-profit fundraising, event planning, lobbying for education issues and health and human service issues, and owning her own consulting services business. She has worked with organizations such as the Cleveland Indians Baseball Company, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, Cleveland Municipal School District, Cleveland Film Commission, and the National Conference for Community and Justice.
Cholewka is proud to be actively involved in her local community. She serves as an elected Board Member for the Power Ranch Homeowner's Association, is a member of the Mercy Gilbert Hospital Patient Advisory Council, is a member of the Mariposa Point Assisted Living Advisory Board, and is the former President of the Small Business Alliance. She is also an active member and volunteer at Rock Point Church.
Cholewka and her husband have been married more than 25 years and have lived in California, Ohio, and have called Arizona "home" since 2003. She has a son named Will. Cholewka enjoys domestic and international travel, gourmet dining, action movies, reading mystery and history books, and watching all types of sports.

Caleb Lihn is an estate planning, elder law, and special needs attorney. The experiences of raising a special needs daughter and caring for a mother with dementia issues inspired Caleb to assist individuals and families in need. Using his knowledge, empathy, and creative solutions, Caleb enjoys guiding his clients through the complex issues they face in the worlds of estate planning, elder law, and special needs planning.
Caleb earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Arizona State University. Subsequently, he obtained his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. After law school, Caleb continued his studies and earned an LL.M. in Estate Planning and Elder Law. Caleb is on the Board of Directors for the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (“NAELA”) and is a two-time past President of the Arizona NAELA Chapter. He is a past chair of the Executive Council for the Elder Law, Mental Health, and Special Needs Section of the State Bar of Arizona. Through peer nominations and reviews, Caleb was selected to Arizona’s Finest Lawyers and presented with an AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale Hubbell for excellence in legal ability and ethics. Caleb has also been selected as a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine each year since 2019 and a Business Leader in the field of Elder Law by AzBusiness Leaders Magazine each year since 2019. Caleb is an Adjunct Professor of Law at Western New England University, College of Law and was asked to design and teach a law school course in Special Needs Trust Administration.
