AT A GLANCE
This class is designed for an attorney practicing estate planning for less than 3 years. Topics will cover: how to use WealthCounsel drafting software, which funding formula to choose, estate planning strategies for different types of clients, how to spot potential issues, tips and tricks working with clients, new laws regarding no-contest provisions and electronic wills, and time for open-ended practice questions. Attendees will receive visual graphs to use with clients and small estate documents. Continental breakfast and lunch is included.
