The presessions for the ASNP National Conference take place Wednesday, April 29. The main event will begin with opening remarks at 8:45 a.m. on Thursday, April 30, and conclude at 12:15 p.m. on Friday, May 1.

Attendees of the 2026 Academy of Special Needs Planners National Conference can expect the following:
- Full access to the sessions included in the package you select when you register
- Access to numerous exhibitors and vendors in the Exhibit Hall
- Light breakfast offered Wednesday for those who have purchased presessions and full breakfast Thursday and Friday
- Multiple networking and community activities, including a welcome reception on Wednesday, April 29
- Coffee service during breaks
- Complimentary event mobile app
Please note that registration fees for ASNP do not include dinner or transportation.
There are three packages to choose from when you register:
- Presessions + National Conference
- Presessions Only
- National Conference Only
If you select a package that includes presessions, you will be prompted to select and purchase the presessions you want to attend.
Sharing a registration is not permitted, and prorated fees are not available.
The 2026 Academy of Special Needs Planners National Conference will not be recorded.
Materials will be made available before the 2026 Academy of Special Needs Planners National Conference starts.
The 2026 Academy of Special Needs Planners National Conference events, including the presessions and welcome reception, are exclusively for registered attendees. These activities are focused on building rapport among colleagues and law firm teams and strengthening member-to-member connections. Attendees are asked to wear their name badge at all times during the event.

The Hyatt Regency Miami is located at 400 South East Second Avenue in Miami, approximately 9 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA), and approximately 29 miles from the Fort Lauderdale Airport (FLL).
The hotel does not offer shuttle service to and from the airport, but is happy to assist in securing transportation using our preferred hotel partner.
The deadline to book your hotel room at the Hyatt Regency Miami is April 7, 2026; discounted rooms are limited! Please note that a 48-hour cancellation penalty applies to all room reservations.
Attire
Sessions and events are held at The Hyatt Regency Miami. Business casual dress is encouraged. Large hotel meeting rooms can often feel chilly, so you may want to bring a sweater if you tend to get cold. Please note that badges will be required for entry.
We recommend checking for any required dress codes if you plan to enjoy arrangements at other restaurants or entertainment venues outside of the hotel.

Refunds and Cancellations
The following policy applies to refunds of registration fees due to an individual’s cancellation of their registration for the 2026 Academy of Special Needs Planners National Conference and any presessions:
- No refunds of registration fees will be made in excess of the amount actually paid by the registrant for the registration.
- A registrant who cancels registration(s) on or before January 15, 2026, will receive a full refund of all registration fees minus a $100 cancellation fee.
- A registrant who cancels between January 16, 2026, and March 14, 2026, will receive a refund of 50 percent of their registration fees.
- A registrant who cancels registration(s) on or after March 15, 2026, will not receive a refund of any registration fees. One hundred percent of the registration fee will be forfeited, but such registrants will be entitled to receive event materials.
- Tickets or tuition are not transferable to anyone outside of your firm.
