Join us for 1.5 hours of ethics CLE and learn about the Alternative Business Structure.
Don Bivens' experience ranges from 40 years of “big law” trial and appellate experience in complex litigation to litigation, mediation, arbitration and legal counsel offered through his boutique law firm, Don Bivens PLLC. Don is also advising businesses and lawyers on the Alternative Business Structure (ABS) which allows non-lawyer ownership of law firms and fee sharing between Arizona attorneys and non-lawyers. Don also serves as the current Chair for the ABA Center for Innovation.
Don Bivens will discuss the ABS and state law requirements, the application processes, compliance lawyer responsibilities and what is happening with the ABS program today.

The auditorium is on the lower level of the 3003 N. Central Avenue building. Ask at the security desk for directions. You will take the first set of elevators (LL-15) to the lower level.
TUITION
There is no charge for this CLE.
PARKING
For parking, cost is $15. Enter the visitors parking garage off of Catalina, which is one block south of Earll and one block north of Thomas, between Central and 3rd Street. The parking garage is in a separate building, and you must cross a courtyard toward the Cranberry Hills Café space to enter the building.
