This presentation will start with a description of the DAPT technique. The speaker will discuss the risks in using a traditional DAPT and will then describe a twist on the traditional DAPT called a Hybrid DAPT that takes away virtually all of the risks that a traditional DAPT has. The audience will leave this presentation with a new asset protection technique and a new technique to use for gift trusts too.
