Elder Law Immersion Camp
Wednesday, May 6, 2026, to Friday, May 8, 2026

WHAT WE WILL COVER

Elder Law Immersion Camp is unlike any CLE you have attended. You will find yourself immersed in the substantive law and regulations that are foundational to the practice of elder law.  You will learn the legal and technical rules and strategies needed to become an accomplished and knowledgeable Medicaid planning attorney from elder law professionals with years of real-world experience.
The camp is designed to ensure attendees leave the course with all of the following:

  • Proficiency in fundamental Medicaid rules relating to both crisis and proactive Medicaid planning
  • Experience in case studies that will align your learning, apply new concepts, and ensure competency in an often-complex area of practice
  • An understanding of the ins and outs of the Medicaid Asset Protection Trust, the flagship instrument for clients who want to preserve and protect assets from the costs of long-term care, as well as a members-only drafting session
  • An ability to navigate the unique ethical considerations when representing aging clients and clients with diminished capacity

You will also gain essential tools, drafting techniques, networking and referral strategies, and tips and tricks for client acquisition, retention, and practice management.
