Self-Apply: If you do not see your state listed, please self-apply. Should you need information to do so, please contact cle@wealthcounsel.com.
Verification Codes: Please take note of the verification code(s) given during the program and save them. You do not need to send them to us unless we ask for them. We can see your attendance and login times- however, if there are any unforeseen state bar or WealthCounsel attendance or technical issues, you may be asked for it.
Credits Awarded: In order to be awarded the FULL amount of credit hours, you must be present during the entire program. Credit will NOT be awarded for recordings viewed through the Event Hub.
Credits Reported: Once the attendance analysis is completed, we will report credits within 4-6 weeks to the following required states: GA, IL, KS, NV, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, UT. All other states approved for CLE are self-reporting states.
Certificates of Completion: We will email your CLE certificate of completion approximately 4-6 weeks after the event. You do not need to send them back to us, however please keep them in your files in case you are asked for them by your state bar or governing agency. It will also include the Agenda and Bios to help you self-apply in states that are not approved for CLE.
NOTES of ACTION: Please make sure you fill in your State Bar License Number(s) during your registration for this course, otherwise you risk not receiving CLE credit (if you've already registered, you can go back and add it). For accurate records, each employee in an organization must register individually for CLE attendance reporting and audit.
