  • If I’m a WealthCounsel member, how can register for an event?
    • As a WealthCounsel member, you already have access to the materials presented in Estate Planning Essentials (EPE). If you still wish to attend a live EPE event please call 833-682-9559 to register for a live EPE event near you.
  • What do I need to bring to the event?
    • You only need to bring your laptop, everything else will be provided.
  • Can I bring my paralegal with me?
    • Yes! As a paying attorney, you are welcome to bring one paralegal with you for free. Simply add your paralegal’s name during the registration process.
  • What is the cancellation / refund policy, and how do I cancel my registration?
    1. In no event will refunds of registration fees be made in excess of the amount actually paid by the registrant for the registration.
    2. A registrant who cancels on or before seven business days before the event, will receive a full refund of all registration fees.
    3. A registrant who cancels on or after seven business days before the event, will receive no refund of any registration fees. 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited.
  • How many CLE credit hours is the one-day event worth?
    • As an attendee, you will receive 3 CLE hours from attending the event in-person. After the one-day course is complete, you’ll receive your certificate of completion.
  • What supplemental online training modules will I have access to after the event?
    • For 90 days after the event, you’ll have access to 28+ hours of CLE. After completing each virtual course, you’ll be provided with another certificate. Available online courses are:
      • 4 hours - EP 100 Estate Planning Foundations
      • 12 hours - EP 101 Revocable Living Trust Drafting Intensive
      • 4 hours - EP 102 Funding Essentials for the RLT
      • 3 hour - SRT Mini Series
      • 1 hour - Understanding Pet Trusts
      • 1 hour - Planning Opportunities After Tax Reform
      • 1 hour Ethics - Ethical Issues Involving Fiduciary Duties
      • 1 hour Ethics - Estate Planning Ethical Concerns
