Lissa is the Product Implementation Manager for WealthCounsel. She helps members with questions and feedback about WealthCounsel documents, and provides training, support, and guidance for all WealthCounsel drafting products.

Prior to joining WealthCounsel, Lissa was a litigation paralegal for 20 years in Orlando, Florida and was an affiliate member of the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA). She served as president of the OCBA Paralegal Section in 2010, which was the first paralegal section formed in Florida. In addition to actively participating in the OCBA, Lissa served on the Law Week Committee for many years, was a co-recipient of the American Bar Association’s 2005 Outstanding Law Day Activity and served on The Florida Bar's Fifth District Florida Registered Paralegal Committee in the Unlicensed Practice of Law Department.

Lissa lives in Florida and outside of work, she enjoys reading, bike riding and boating with her husband.

Randy Gardner earned his BA degree, cum laude, from Harvard University; his JD and MBA degrees from the University of Kansas; and his Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. He is also a graduate of Georgia State University's Master Teacher Program. Since 1983, Randy has served as an estate planning attorney for thousands of individuals and their advisers. He was formerly a tax and wealth management adviser with Arthur Young (now Ernst & Young LLP).

Randy is also a Professor of Tax and Financial Planning, Director of the Certificate in Financial Planning Program at the University of Missouri - Kansas City, and nationally-recognized continuing education discussion leader for CPAs, attorneys, and financial planners. He is coauthor of the books, 101 Tax Saving Ideas, Tools and Techniques of Income Tax Planning, and WealthCounsel Estate Planning Strategies. He was recognized as Educator of the Year by the Missouri Society of CPAs.

Randy serves on the Editorial Boards of The Journal of Financial Planning and National Underwriter's Tax Facts, is a former member of the Council on Examinations of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, and is a member of the AICPA and the Missouri Society of CPAs. He has written scores of articles for publications such as The Journal of Financial Planning, Taxation for Accountants, Practical Tax Strategies, and Tax Adviser.

Temi Siyanbade is a WealthCounsel Practice Success Mentor. Temi draws from her experience as the principal attorney of her boutique Houston-based law firm and host of the ASK TEMI LIVE! show to provide insights for strategically positioning law firms for long-term success and meaningful impact. She provides professional guidance and mentorship through content creation, coaching, and speaking engagements on marketing strategy, business development, leadership, and business law.

When she’s not “geeking out” on the latest legal technology or reading up on marketing techniques, Temi can be found listening to her favorite NPR tiny desk concerts and enjoying the company of family and friends.

Ryan is a business and real estate attorney with over twenty years of experience, including many years as a general counsel for companies in real estate development, finance, transportation, and international logistics. As the Director and Editor in Chief of Business Law at WealthCounsel, his passion for business law contributes to the strategy, direction, and scope of the Business Docs subscription and other business law products and services. He focuses on determining enhancement priorities and addressing pain points and opportunities for the Business Docx subscribers. Despite being the father of seven children, he still finds plenty of time to ride his bikes (the nonmotorized kind) on the roads and in the mountains of Utah.

With over 17 years of legal experience, I am currently the Head of Legal - US at ATI Global, a leading provider of technology solutions for businesses. In this role, I oversee all legal matters for the US operations, including contracts, compliance, litigation, and risk management. I also work closely with the senior management and the global legal team to align the legal strategy with the business goals and vision. Previously, I was the Vice President of Learning and the General Counsel at WealthCounsel, LLC, where I led the development and delivery of educational programs and resources for attorneys and business owners. I also managed the legal affairs of the company, including intellectual property, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. I have a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and I am an ACC Certified In-House Counsel and a Certified ScrumMaster. I have also published multiple articles on topics related to private equity and business law. My core competencies include legal writing, legal research, leadership, and project management. I am passionate about providing innovative and practical solutions to complex legal challenges, and I am committed to advancing the legal profession and supporting the growth and success of my clients and colleagues.
