The Massachusetts Forum/WealthCounsel Custom Clause Exchange

Exclusive clause-sharing session featuring drafting techniques and provisions contributed by fellow Massachusetts WealthCounsel members. Presenters will share custom provisions they use in their practice and in WealthDocx documents to address real-world planning challenges, explain the purpose behind the language, and discuss how the clauses improve outcomes for clients. By the conclusion of the program, attendees are expected to receive and take home a collection of custom estate planning clauses gathered from experienced Massachusetts WealthCounsel practitioners—a unique resource that can provide drafting ideas and practical solutions long after the symposium ends.
