Sarah Ostahowski is a Mother, Lawyer, Business Owner, and Leader. Sarah is passionate about spending time with her husband and their three children, Victoria, Elizabeth, and Ezekiel. Sarah Ostahowski has centered Sarah’s Law Firm on helping families plan for life’s unexpected circumstances.

Sarah graduated from Western Michigan University (WMU) Cooley Law School in 2011 and opened her own practice immediately. In nine years, Sarah built a practice employing three Associate Attorneys and eight team members. She has branched out to three locations and focuses her practice in the areas of Estate and Medicaid Planning. She continues to encourage and coach entrepreneurs who want to build their own business and find their path. Sarah chose to open her practice to challenge the status quo of legal practice and redefine success; she continues to do that each and every day.

Sarah is a frequent speaker for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education in Michigan, WealthCounsel, and WMU Cooley Law School. She serves on the Board of Trustees for Gratiot and Isabella County United Way, Catholic Community Foundation of Mid-Michigan, and 60+ Elder Law Clinic.

The American Bar Association Young Lawyers Association has recognized Sarah as 2019 Lawyers on the Rise honoree. She was also honored by being included in the Michigan Women in Law class of 2017, Michigan Top 40 under 40 and Super Lawyers – Rising Star 2017-2019.

Craig R. Hersch is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts & Estates attorney who holds his Florida CPA license. During his free time, Craig enjoys competing in triathlons, having finished an Ironman distance race and seven half-Ironman races over the last decade . Craig is married to his wife, Patti, and they have three daughters: Gabrielle, Courtney, and Madison.
