Registering for individual sessions is not available. During registration, registrants will be asked if they’d like to participate in the Precursor and Practical Applications Lab (PAL). If yes, that will be included in their registration so it’s a seamless one-step registration process.

Yes, the entire event will be recorded and made available to all paid registrants. Please Note: Natalie Choate's session recordings will only be available through September 30, 2022. They will be removed after September 30. Registrants will be emailed a link with the recordings and a copy of the materials approximately two to three weeks after the conclusion of the event. While registrants can technically share their screen with colleagues and watch the conference together, they should consider whether or not they want to claim CLE. In order for us to properly track CLE, anyone that would like to get CLE for the conference must register individually.

The following policy applies for refunds of registration fees on cancellation of the Retirement Planning Workshop:

  • No refunds of registration fees will be made in excess of the amount actually paid by the registrant for the registration.
  • A registrant who cancels at least ten days prior to Monday, April 4, 2022, will receive a full refund of all registration fees.
  • A registrant who cancels fewer than ten days prior to Monday, April 4, 2022, will not receive a refund and will forfeit 100 percent of the registration fees.

Find the “chat” in the lower right corner of the Event Hub page. Select Event Support on the form, along with other requested information. A WealthCounsel Member Success Specialist will work with you to answer your question or troubleshoot your issue.

  1. Make sure your computer or external speaker volume is turned up (and your computer sound is not muted)
  2. You may want to check your internet connection which could be causing the problem. Try to reduce the load by closing other programs on your computer. 
  3. Do you have external speakers? If so, double-check the connection.
  4. You may want to try logging out and logging back into the session.
