This webinar highlights key features and best practices for drafting with Wealth Docx®, one of WealthCounsel’s trusts and estates solutions. We will specifically discuss the following, after which we will have 30 minutes of Q&A. 

1.  Creating Contacts - discuss required fields: marital status, citizenship, editing in an interview.
2.  Creating Matter - adding related parties that will be available in name drop-down field; naming convention. Also, show where Quick Name Entry is located in the Drafting tab.
     a.    Show how to search a related Matter, update signing date, and creating a document from source Matter.
3.  Default Settings - what is the concept, which questions as a starting point (Naming preferences, term preferences, state-specific, layout options, Notary options). Show the Wrench feature.
     a.    Default State-Specific - UTC, Determination of Income & Principal, Fiduciary Powers Act.
     b.   State-Specific Interview Options - State of Trust Administration, Separate property funding options, UTC provisions, Marital Share Funding Options (some options available), Determination of Income and Principal, Notary Blocks and Will Attestations, & State-Specific Ancillary Documents.
4.  Create/Open a Document (Full/Simplified) - discuss each answer set option & the importance of naming an answer set. Answer Set Options: New, Existing, Spousal Conversion, Create from Scenario, Copy from Existing Answer Set, Import from Desktop (include bulk importing option).

6.  Customization Tools - create new Sections and Articles: remove, replace, and add clauses. Discuss Clause Library and Community Clauses.
7.  Scenarios - Creating & Using - creating efficiency & consistency and confidently delegate initial drafting to staff member.

9.  Sample Documents - can be used to build Clause Library and view sample answer sets to see how fact pattern questions are answered to create a specific type of trust.
10.  Attachments/Documents from Community - discuss the capability of accessing documents from Community Groups such as Trusts & Estates group.
11.   Diagrams and Presentations & Policies & Procedures - show where the Resources page is located and how to use these.
12.   Profile - discuss setting up Profile, interaction in Member Community, how it can be used as a virtual business card/resume, and free advertisement on estateplanning.com to generate new business. Also, show Recent Activity section. 
13.   Content Support - show Chat and Contact Us (have answer set interview open in the background when submitting content support request).
