Anna Katherine Moody, JD, LLM, advises high net worth individuals and families on all aspects of wealth planning, including basic estate planning, business succession planning, and transfer tax planning. Ms. Moody also counsels fiduciaries on estate and trust administration, including post-mortem tax planning and the preparation of estate and gift tax returns. Ms. Moody is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). She also serves as the current chair of the ABA Tax Section Fiduciary Income Tax Committee and is an adjunct professor at Georgetown University Law Center in its Tax LL.M. and Estate Planning Certificate programs.

Emily Plocki, JD, LLM, is a Fellow in the America College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) and a member of Venable LLP's Private Wealth Planning Group in Washington, DC. Her practice focuses primarily on assisting high-net-worth individuals, multigenerational families, and owners of family corporations, both domestically and internationally, with tax planning and wealth preservation. Ms. Plocki handles a variety of matters, including estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, trust and estate administration, planned charitable giving, and business succession strategies. Ms. Plocki was a 2018-2020 ABA RPTE Trusts and Estates Fellow, a 2020-2022 Dennis I. Belcher ACTEC Young Leader, and is currently a Chair of the Investments Committee of the ABA RPTE Business Planning Group.
