You can register for Symposium 2018, by clicking this link. There is no cut-off date for registration.
To modify or add sessions to your registration, please visit the link below and sign in with the email and password you used to register. Follow the prompts to the agenda page to choose your sessions. Once chosen, click Continue to move through the end of the process to save your selections, and pay any additional fees that may have incurred with your choices. Please note that you are able to filter the agenda list to make specific selections by date, or by session type.
Monday Precursor: If you are attending the three-day Symposium, the Pre-Cursor tuition is $60 for each AM or PM session ($120 for both). The California Forum is an all-day course and tuition is $100. If you are not attending the three-day session, but would still like to attend the Monday Pre-Cursors, the tuition is $75 and $150, respectively.
You’ll have access to three days (Tuesday, July 31, 2018-Thursday, August 2, 2018) of educational learning experiences. Mix up your learning experience with 75-minute classroom breakouts, 60-minute workshops, presentations, and panel discussions.
Sharing a registration is not permitted and prorated fees are not available. However, you can consider a Monday-Only Attendee registration. This is a One-Day Program where you can choose a Morning and/or Afternoon Precursor Intensive or a Full-Day California Forum Meeting on Monday, July 30, only. You’ll find that registration option available once you click the register button on the web site. Please note - if you are/will be a Symposium Attendee Registrant (3 day program), you will find options to choose Monday sessions within your registration, and they will be at a discounted rate.

Symposium Registrations (July 31 - August 2, 2018)
- In no event will refunds of registration fees be made in excess of the amount actually paid by the registrant for the registration.
- A registrant who cancels on or before May 31, 2018, will receive a full refund of all registration fees, minus a $150.00 administrative processing fee.
- A registrant who cancels on or after June 1, 2018, will receive no refund of any registration fees. 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited.
Pre-Cursor Intensives Registrations (July 30, 2018)
- In no event will refunds of registration fees be made in excess of the amount actually paid by the registrant for the registration.
- A registrant who cancels Pre-Cursor Intensive on or before May 31, 2018, will receive a full refund of all registration fees.
- A registrant who cancels Pre-Cursor Intensive on or after June 1, 2018, will receive no refund of any registration fees. 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited.
Excursion - Little Italy Tour Registrations (July 30, 2018, 5:30-9:30pm)
- In no event will refunds of excursion fees be made in excess of the amount actually paid by the registrant for the registration.
- A registrant who cancels on or before June 20, 2018, will receive a full refund of all excursion registration fees.
- A registrant who cancels on or after June 21, 2018, will receive no refund of any registration fees. 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited.
Visit four Little Italy restaurants to sample pizza from different regions of Italy and experience the variety of pizzas in the Italian quarter! A local guide will teach us how pizza developed and evolved, sharing the story of pizza from antiquity to today, as well as details about the people and places visited during the tour. We'll also hear the fascinating story of how Little Italy became one of San Diego's favorite neighborhoods. The tour includes transportation to and from Little Italy, pizza at four different restaurants, and one glass of wine (more wine is available for purchase if desired).
Please meet at 5:30 pm in the Loews Lobby, where the tour and transportation to Little Italy begins. Tour will end at 9 pm, with estimated arrival back to hotel around 9:30 pm. All attendees must be at least 21 years of age. Up to 4 tickets allowed per Symposium or Monday Pre-Cursor Attendee. Once you choose this option with your other sessions, you will be directed to the next page where you will enter the quantity of tickets you would like to purchase.

All Symposium 2018 attendees will receive a copy of the Symposium 2018 recordings included with their registration. Recordings and instructions for downloading the files will be available to attendees approximately one month after Symposium 2018.

During our 3 days of Symposium (July 31-August 2, 2018), you can earn up to 10.5 General credit hours, which can include 1.0 Ethics credit hour, depending on your session agenda choices (some of your choices may not be CLE eligible).
During our Monday morning and afternoon Pre-Cursors, you can earn 3.0 - 6.0 credit hours, depending on your agenda choices (some of your choices may not be CLE eligible). If you are attending the all-day California Forum Meeting on Monday, you will earn 4.75 General credit hours, along with 1.0 Competence Issues (substance abuse) credit hour that is pending approval.
