It’s easy to concentrate on getting clients in the door and lose focus on what really generates new revenue for your firm. What happens once you sign up a new client? How you communicate with your clients and the consistency of communications among you and your staff, are important pieces that go into the “client experience.”  Building a positive relationship with current clients can be a source of revenue generation that you may be ignoring. This session will focus on ways you can clearly and effectively communicate with new and existing clients in a manner that enhances the client experience with your firm; from retention all the way through the signing experience and beyond with client maintenance programs.
