Christina Lamm is an attorney at Makofsky Law Group, P.C., with offices in Garden City, New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Elder Law and Special Needs and Trusts and Estates Sections. She is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and serves as Secretary of its Elder Law, Social Services, and Health Advocacy Committee. Christina is also an active member of the Suffolk Senior Umbrella Network, an organization whose mission is to educate and enlighten seniors and their caregivers.
Christina concentrates her efforts on asset protection, Medicaid applications, accountings, and drafting various estate planning documents for our clients with a focus on tax issues. Christina is eligible for court appointments pursuant to Part 36 of the Rules of the Chief Judge of the New York State Unified Court System to serve as Court Evaluator, Counsel for the Guardian, and Guardian Ad Litem. Christina authored or co-authored articles for the New York State Bar Association’s Elder and Special Needs Law Journal, the New York State Bar Journal, and the Nassau Lawyer. She has also presented at various adult education programs both on elder law and estate planning.
Christina is a magna cum laude graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She received her LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova School of Law. She received her B.A. in Psychology from Pace University. She was named to the SuperLawyers Rising Star list for 2021. She is a longtime resident of Suffolk County, where she is raising her family and enjoying all it has to offer. She looks forward to giving back to her local communities.
