Fran-Marie Silveri is an attorney in the Metro Detroit area whose practice is devoted exclusively to probate and trust administration. She began her career in estate planning in 2013 and, in 2017, co-founded La Grasso, Abdo & Silveri, PLLC. Over time, her practice naturally evolved from estate planning, to a combination of estate planning and administration, and ultimately to a focus on guiding families and fiduciaries through the trust and probate process following a loved one’s death.
Fran-Marie finds her greatest fulfillment — and her most meaningful impact in the community — in working closely with personal representatives, trustees, and family members to navigate the legal, financial, and practical responsibilities that arise during administration. She is known for bringing clarity, organization, and steady direction to a process that often feels unfamiliar and overwhelming. Her goal is to help clients move forward with confidence, knowing each step is handled thoughtfully, thoroughly, and with care.
In addition to her private practice, Fran-Marie has served as an Estate Planning Practice Coach with WealthCounsel, where she has mentored new and transitioning attorneys in developing strong foundational knowledge in estate planning law and in building sustainable, client-centered practices. She remains actively engaged in the WealthCounsel professional community.
Fran-Marie earned both her undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan — and is a true Wolverine.
