Feeling Secure after SECURE

This program will explain what has changed, what has stayed the same, and what we still don't know about planning for the transfer of qualified retirement assets after the changes made to IRC Section 401(a)(9) by the SECURE Act, which was signed into law on December 20, 2019. We will also discuss specific drafting strategies and changes to WealthDocx documents due to the passage of the SECURE Act.
