Thriving in Estate Planning: Looking Ahead to the 2020 Election and Beyond

WHAT WE’LL COVER

This three-day series — “Thriving in Estate Planning” — is focused on opportunities for estate planning practice development in light of the 2020 election.

WealthCounsel’s three-legged stool approach to education:

“Sell it” refers to WealthCounsel’s practice development resources to support your client acquisition and maintenance efforts.

“Draft it” refers to WealthCounsel’s drafting tools that enable you to implement legal strategies through customized drafting.

“Learn it” refers to WealthCounsel’s substantive education on basic estate planning concepts through complex, tax-driven strategies.

As we examine the 2020 Election and the opportunities it brings, we address all three legs of the stool.

  1.  Sell: In Part I of our series, we focus on a number of innovative and in some cases time-sensitive estate planning strategies that you should consider talking to your clients about. To provide a framework for these conversations, we provided you with a bonus marketing package.
  2. Draft: In Part II of our series, we discuss how to implement the strategies discussed today using Wealth Docx® to draft and customize your documents.
  3. Learn: Finally, in Part III of our series, we focus entirely on a substantive discussion of the planning techniques that we have covered.

As always, we invite you to the WealthCounsel library (and calendar of upcoming events) for an expanded substantive overview of the strategies our series speakers will discuss.
